KAYSVILLE, Utah (October 18, 2019)—Shipley Associates announced today that they are a Founding Sponsor of the first annual European Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Bid & Proposal Conference in Amsterdam. The 2-day event will be March 5–6, 2020.
