New Delhi, India — March 20, 2019 –
The global reach of Shipley continues to expand and evolve as leaders of regional operations met in New Delhi, Aero City, India last month. The gathering included Managing Directors from 8 Shipley locations and India business development leaders from several large and small companies interested in growing their business.
“It is exciting and refreshing to have our global partners gather to share best practices, client successes, and strategies for growing their Shipley footprint in their region of the world,” said Brad Douglas, EVP Global Strategy for Shipley Associates. “We had representation from France, U.K., Denmark, Korea, Australia, Japan, U.S., and India—all coming together to work on business improvement and client success.”
Shipley’s Global Team Meets in New Delhi. For two days, leadership from various Shipley regions met to discuss client success and global strategies for helping clients win business.

The first evening event was hosted by the British High Commission in New Delhi as business and government leaders met to discuss the global business climate.
Representatives from several multi-national firms attended the gathering and exchanged ideas for growing their business presence, globally. Mr. Sam Singh, Managing Director for Shipley India, coordinated the event and made arrangements for these high-level gatherings and exchanges.
After the conference, Shipley’s leadership team met with over 50 business leaders associated with the TiE.org organization in Hyderabad, India. The topic was Bid & Proposal Best Practices for Winning Business. For two hours the Shipley leaders and business personnel exchanged ideas and experiences for improving their likelihood of winning more business.

The global conference included a training session on managing change and adapting to changes in the business environment. Each region also shared their vision and strategy for the upcoming few years—ways to help companies and clients win more business. Also, several client representatives spent time with various Shipley personnel to discuss ways to improve their sales and proposal effectiveness.
