Lisa Bryant has over 30 years of experience and subject matter expertise in government contracting, managing teams in high-reliability and complex environments, proposal management and development, process re-engineering, change management, and developing program performance improvement solutions. She is experienced in conceptualizing, planning, supporting design and execution, and management of complex projects. Ms. Bryant is an expert in identifying and employing and the necessary resources, processes, tools, and systems that contribute to client successes including mission critical program objectives. She is passionate about driving program/project excellence, team cohesiveness, and enhanced team performance. Her efforts have resulted in contract awards reaching in the billions of dollars for multiple clients.

  • Manager for foreign and domestic programs’ performance for five years with Raytheon Integrated Air Defense (IAD)
  • Manager and Senior Manager for twenty years for General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (AIS), Overseeing military undersea, ground, and aerospace programs
