Job Summary

The Graphic Designer position is based in Costa Rica and will develop and provide relevant customer-ready, high-quality, and professional graphics for proposals and sales presentations. The manner with which our client makes products and services available to customers can take multiple forms and may include one or more cycles of customer requests for proposals, offers, and/or negotiations before a final contract is signed. In general, the Graphic Designer will provide support to bid and proposal SMEs, business development/sales/ proposal professionals and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather existing materials or work with Proposal Managers and Technical staff to design and create new artwork and/or entire visual presentation decks in PowerPoint; may be from a draft or built from scratch
  • Find and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
  • Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs
  • Check proofs or preliminary layouts for errors and make corrections
  • Finalize formatted documents for printing or electronic publication
  • Actively participate in quality programs designed to improve the deliverables that go to Microsoft customers
Qualifications
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional/corporate setting with proposal development, technical communications, and desktop publishing
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
