Professional Experience:

  • Regional Vice President at Shipley Associates. Helps clients develop sustainable business development winning practices by matching client needs with Shipley resources.
  • Director of Business Development and Analytics at BTAS, Inc. Led market research, pipeline management, and proposal development for a growing, Woman-Owned Small Business. Managed implementation of robust proposal development processes, tools, and training for federal services contracts.
  • Business Development Principal at Jacobs. Led capture and proposal management for large federal contract pursuits, new market strategic planning, and training initiatives. Acted as heavy technical writer and proposal milestone reviewer for a host of opportunities across the region. Also led strategic site development activities at NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility.
  • Chief Executive Officer at AEC Stellar Publishing. Acted as principal executive for a start-up publishing firm, including leadership, financial management, marketing, and all other aspects of corporate operation.
  • Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Facilitated technical integration of NASA Orion designs, led risk and opportunity management training and implementation.
